We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Video).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
  • Write effective ad copy and create compelling campaigns.
  • Track conversions and campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
